Tasting Notes:  Big bourbon vibes from this one with rich dessert-y aromas of cherry compote, caramel creams, pie crust, orange marmalade and clove.  The entry has a hefty weight – this is some serious stuff.   No it is not barrel proof, but lovingly anointed with some of the finest limestone spring water which bubbles from the Sagamore estate in Northern Baltimore County.
